MVP Financial Equipment was established in 2000 as an ATM brokerage company. Over the years we have evolved into a full scale ATM refurbishment, service and parts distribution company, serving a worldwide customer base. Since its inception, MVP has specialized in the acquisition of low cost ATM equipment and rapid distribution to a wide network of financial institutions and equipment resellers.

Co-founder and CEO Justin Van Peursem leads MVP drawing on his many years of experience working in the ATM industry. Justin combines the smart leadership styles of leading by example fused with strong hands on guidance. His company wide emphasis on integrity, quality of workmanship and attention to the customer needs, forges a clear path forward for team MVP to follow.

Mike co-founded MVP in 2000 with a vision of creating a worldwide exchange for bank equipment. Mike is a relationship based salesperson, always putting his customers’ interest first. That is the principal in which MVP was founded and that Mike continues to lead by today.

Todd Davies joined MVP in 2002 to establish the sales of wholesale ATMs direct to local banks and credit unions throughout Northern California. SC Operations Manager
Martin brought over 20 years of industry experience to MVP when he joined our team in 2005. Starting as the lead technician at our SC facility, Martin’s dedication to quality control and customer service earned him the role of Operations Manager. Martin leads our staff of warehouse operators and technicians reinforcing knowledge, efficiency and above all else quality.
CA Service and Operations Manager
Denny joined MVP in 2007 with the objective of gaining hands on knowledge about ATMs from the inside out. With his background in electrical construction, he very quickly exceeded our expectations and proved himself as a valuable asset. After only two years, he was promoted to ATM Service Manager. He approaches each service call with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of our customers’ needs to have their ATMs back up and running as soon as possible.
Parts Inventory and Sales Director
Melinda Ridgeway spearheads MVP's warehousing and inventory activities; development and management of sales processes and procedures; and direct engagement in the selling of ATM parts, repairs and other related goods and services. She has more than 15 years of manufacturing experience with more than a dozen businesses throughout the ATM industry.
Director of Business Development
As Director of Business Development, Mark Smith heads up the MVP VAR program and is dedicated to providing VARS with access to top-quality equipment, service and technology at an affordable price point. With over two decades in the financial services industry, Mark has continually focused on providing ATM solutions for financial institutions, VARS and independent ATM deployers.
